What we are all about

Our Vision: A group of young men that develop baseball and life skills that enable them to compete at the highest level on their high school, college, or professional team.

Our Mission: To provide the best possible baseball instruction while honoring God, treating others with respect and dignity, and enabling a culture where kids love to "play the game".

Our Values

We play the game the way it was intended to be played. Full throttle at all times. The  instruction is based on proven strategories, theories, and techniques perfected by the game's best instructors at the highest levels. We also respect the latest science in the areas of baseball training and mechanics, as we continually keep up-to-date on new approaches.

Team and individual development are given the equal focus they deserve, since long-term success is also dependent on both. We treat each other right and honor the game in every way. We learn from the past. We also live and focus on the present. There are some near absolutes in regard to technique, with respect given to the many indvidual variations possible in implementing them.

The time a player gets to play this game, over a career, is not typically in the player's hands to decide. However, a player that loves to play the game can impact the amount of time their career lasts through conditioning, training, attitude, hustle, and repetition. Since this time is short and undetermined, the time is now to enjoy every season, every month, every day, every minute.

Coaches, Umpires, and Fans should all remember who we came to watch and enjoy the game.
